PRODUCTION & HANDLING TIME

Azhawaiian products are produced, quality checked and packed in Vietnam before shipment.

Please allow up to 7 days for production and handling before your order is dispatched.

Handling time is the period required to produce, inspect, prepare and pack your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated shipping transit time is:

Approximately 7–14 days

Shipping transit begins after production and handling are completed.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit time may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, peak shipping periods and other circumstances outside our control.

United States Shipping Restrictions

Within the United States, we currently do not ship to:

  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses

Orders placed with an unsupported delivery destination may not be accepted or fulfilled.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders with a merchandise total of $75 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

The applicable shipping charge or free shipping discount will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or customs charges that are not collected at checkout.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside Azhawaiian's control.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided through your shipping notification when it becomes available.

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately after dispatch. In some cases, additional time may be required before the first carrier scan appears.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact our customer support team and include your order number.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Although we work to have orders produced and shipped within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

We cannot guarantee arrival on a specific date because final delivery is handled by third-party shipping carriers and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
