  • A brief description of your question or issue

If you are reporting a damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrect item, please also include a clear photo of the product showing the issue when applicable.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order changes and cancellation requests should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may already have begun and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Our products are produced, quality checked, and packed in Vietnam before shipment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
