Because many Azhawaiian products feature all-over-print designs, minor differences in print placement may occur depending on the product size, shape and production process.

Measurements may also vary slightly due to manual measurement. Please allow for a possible difference of approximately 1–3 cm where stated in our Size Guide.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products, designs, sizes and other options are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change available sizes or options
  • Limit quantities when reasonably necessary

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order and we cannot fulfill it, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund for the affected item where applicable.

4. PRICING

Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency shown during your shopping session or checkout.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

7. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Requests to change an order, including product options or personalization information, must also be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may already have begun and the order can no longer be changed or canceled.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

8. PERSONALIZED & CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

For products that allow personalization or customization, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, dates, text, images or other requested content.

Please carefully review all personalization information before submitting your order.

Changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

If you submit an image, artwork, text or other content for personalization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and reproduce that content for your order.

You grant Azhawaiian and our production partners a limited right to use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to create, produce, process and fulfill your order.

You may not submit content that:

  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights
  • Is unlawful
  • Violates another person's rights
  • Contains malicious or harmful material

We reserve the right to decline personalization requests that violate these Terms or applicable law.

9. PAYMENT

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Depending on the payment method selected, transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers.

10. PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT

Azhawaiian products are produced, quality checked and packed in Vietnam before shipment.

Please allow up to 7 days for production and handling before dispatch.

Production timing is separate from shipping transit time.

11. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Azhawaiian currently ships to supported destinations in:

  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • Australia

Certain United States locations and military addresses are not supported.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

12. RETURNS, REFUNDS & PRODUCT ISSUES

For damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or incorrect products, customers should contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Approved product issues may be resolved with a replacement or refund according to our policy.
